“I would highly recommend Ignite Gas Yorkshire. They provide an excellent service, very quick response time and quick turn around on our last minute gas pipe rerouting project. Good value for money, friendly and efficient. Thank you!”

“Receiving a WhatsApp from a neighbour about a leaking boiler did 'stress' me a little; specifically as I am currently located well over 6000 miles away. Fortunately, I was able to identify the company 'Ignite gas care' which had previously serviced my gas installations and I emailed them on the Saturday to ask for help. By Tuesday they identified the issue ( a relatively 'minor' fault I guess), repaired, and communicated effectively with both my neighbour, and myself- all at quite a reasonable price. Full marks!”

“Can not recommend this company enough. Superb quality of work. If anything needs attending to, a full explanation follows as to how they suggest to proceed with the issue. Fantastic friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will spent quite sometime answering our questions and always with a smile. Competitive prices too. “I have been an Ignite customer for over a decade now. In that time, I have found the team at Ignite probably the best trades folk I have dealt with. From office to field they are prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. And reasonably priced too. “I was very impressed with Tony from Ignite's work. He was very thorough. He solved the problem with my boiler very quickly. Two previous engineers from other companies could not seem to do this. Also, he flagged that the boiler was still in warranty and even arranged for Wooster to come out and replace a faulty/leaking filling loop. He also completed a very thorough service and kept me infomed on the process. I will be using Ignite always going forward!”

“I recently received outstanding service from Ignite Gas Care and couldn’t be happier. From my first phone call, the team were professional, polite, and clear about the process and what to expect. They arranged an appointment quickly and kept me well informed throughout. The engineer who attended was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything in plain terms, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless once the job was done. It was genuinely a pleasure to have someone so courteous and thorough carry out the work. “I just want to say many thanks for the great service received from Ignite. We had a problem with our boiler which Tony came out to attend to. He quickly diagnosed the fault, was able to fix it in the same visit, and also secured the thermostat which had come off the mounting. Very pleased with the work, and would highly recommend! Thanks again!”

“I needed a plumber on a Saturday and after calling the emergency number at 9 in the morning the guy was round and the problem fixed by 1pm. Great service and friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“From the quotation to the installation, a very professional and dedicated service. The installers were efficient and ensured we had minimal disruption during the install. All of the options were explained thoroughly beforehand and Jon gave us some great advice. Jon and the team have been great to deal with throughout, we've felt like very valued customers.”

“FROM TONY HAMPSHIRE, WETHERBY ROAD, LEEDS. I moved to Leeds one month ago and discovered one or two problems with my gas appliances which were quickly resolved by Ignite Gas, but more than this was the chearfulland very impressive manner displayed by the three technicians who attended my property. Their courtesy and obvious professionalism, and not least their efficient diagnostics was most impressive. One or two errors on my part were politely explained and corrected and I have been left with a very positive impression of the service and speedy resolution of the problems I encountered. Thank you.. Tony Hampshire..”
