“This is the second time I have used this service. On both visits the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided a great, quick and easy service which made a difficult job for me very easy in dealing with a relative's house clearance papers. I would recommend this service to anybody. Just a note of observation, I would suggest an 'open' or 'closed' sign is placed on the closed door to re-assure customers that someone will be coming after pressing the bell.”

“Bags delivered as advised and ordered. Collection time with 2 hour window given and driver called shortly before arrival to advise when would be with us. Certificate received next day on email, so very smooth service from start to finish. Bill F N'pton”

“Excellent service and very reasonably priced. I walked in with 3 large black sacks and I was able to watch it shredded behind a glass screen. The whole process took only 10 minutes.”

“Very helpful and convienet service with speedy bag delivery and very polite and friendly collection staff! You are kept informed throughout and they will emial you a certificate of destruction. Will certainly use them again!”

“From ringing to make an initial enquiry to receiving the 'Certificate of Destruction' email the whole process was simple and straightforward. Dan explained very clearly how the system worked and was able to assist with all enquiries. Being able to drop off sacks of confidential waste for destruction is a bonus too - we don't have to store sacks until a pick-up can be arranged. We will be using Identity Destruction Ltd again in the future.”

“Friendly and very efficient. I needed to shred a couple of boxes of papers/documents . . . just over 20kg . . . I watched as the papers were shredded, taking less than 10 mins. Excellent service!”
