“I have now completed a 'Any 2 Foundation and Practitioner Courses' bundle with SPOCE as part of my resettlement from the military and cannot praise highly enough my experience with the organisation. The course booking and administration side was smooth and efficient with polite and friendly staff. Once on the courses, the standard of instruction was excellent with instructors who seemed genuinely enthusiastic about their topics and seemed to genuinely want to do the best for the students. The course materials, both pre course and during the courses, were well presented and thought out and greatly added to the level of instruction and overall learning experience. I will thoroughly recommend SPOCE to others and I hope that SPOCE continue as part of the ELCAS scheme so that service leavers can benefit from your level of course provision.”

“I've used Spoce for training many times over the last 10 years and they always deliver. Recently they were extremely helpful and accomating WRT a course I had to keep moving due to a series of unexpected work commitments. But Elley went out of her way to ensure that my needs were accomodated and that I could move my course as required. I definitely recommend SPOCE, they are true professionals.”

“I've been coming to SPOCE for over 10 years now and have recommended them to many of my colleagues and friends over the years based on the terrific training (PRINCE2) that they have provided me with over this time. As well as this the staff are absolutely superb in that they are very approachable and friendly as well as being professional and very supportive. Especially my current contact Elley who has been very patient and helpful given some unforeseen circumstances that arose recently, I'm indebted for the patience and support. Outstanding! I would not go to another training provider!!!”

“I am responsible for the booking of courses for members of staff from Dorset Police. I usually deal with Elley Catchpole and Natalie Claxton, both are extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, nothing appears to be too much trouble, Natalie assisted with the transfer of a delegate at short notice for a Prince 2 Practitioner course. Elley has assisted me on several occasions finding alternative dates for delegates attending Managing Successful Programmes, Dorset Police very much appreciated the discount negotiated when I booked 4 delegates onto the MSP.”
