“I had a problem during my exam and i raised a complaint. The level of service i received during the complaint process was amazing. Not only was i given a free exam re-sit, i was also given a month to take the exam again. This is true service and am definitely coming back for more training.”

“Spoce has made me happy by giving me the knowledge to succeed in my Prince 2 exam. However, the additional numbers that joined the course on Thursday/Friday made me a little unhappy in terms of the room size we were in. It definitely felt as we were crammed in.”

“Steve Browne was very good at presenting the material making the PRINCE2 content personal and humorous, with an anecdotal ability to make the content memorable and unambiguous. The materials provided before the course began was sufficient to be well prepared for the foundation exam.”

“Well delivered course covering the essentials of PRINCE2's Themes and Processes. Pre-course material was good. Online training helpful. Suggest the Foundation Simulator (which in essence contains bespoke questions on individual Themes and Processes) is made clearer. This is a useful tool. Greater emphasis should be made on pre-course preparation and practice questions. There is a huge amount to learn and cramming it into 4 days doesn't do sufficient justice / credibility to the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.”
