“The PFQ training was arranged through the company I work for, who opted for online virtual training via Teams. Our trainer, Harley, was very engaging during the 2 days training and always gave good examples during answers to questions that we had, to help explain things further. Breaks away from the screen were also well scheduled. Happy to have passed the exam two weeks after the training and looking forward to the PMQ training in February :)”

“I recently attending 2-day APM training. Our trainer (Harley) was lovely and enthusiastic, up for a bit of discussion and explanation, introduced some new concepts as well as solidifying existing knowledge. I took away some ideas for improving what I do in the real world, so I would consider that a win. The materials were good, I will hang onto them and re-read them.”

“I organised the 2 day APM Project Fundamentals Qualifications (PFQ) for various members of our workforce and I found the entire process from my initial conversation with Jean-Paul, to the customer support provided my Donna to be exceptional. The pre-course materials were sent well in advance, the communication was excellent throughout, and I found this provider to not only be responsive but also very supportive. The 2 day training at our chosen venue went very smoothly, the tutor Peter was extremely knowledgable and engaging. Thank you to all involved and we look forward to working with you again in the near future.”

“First, I would like to commend SPOCE on their delivery approach. The e-learning platform with pre-reading materials, exam simulation and general information about PRINCE2 was very helpful. Secondly, our trainer, Harley, was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about PRINCE2 and that help us appreciate the methodology even more. Harley is very patient and empathetic, accommodating different learning styles and speed. We were about 20 trainees but everyone felt seen and heard because Harley was intentional and charismatic. I can confidently say that I passed because I had a great instructor. I would definately recommend SPOCE and especially, Harley, to anyone considering undertaking PRINCE2 training.”

“The size of the PRINCE2 handbook manual was intimidating at first, but I learned a lot in just 3 days. Harley is an excellent trainer and has a good mastery of the content. I liked his use of simple everyday situations to explain the concepts and their application. I really enjoyed the training and see many ways I can apply it to keep getting better at my job.”

“I decided Spoce as my choice of course provider to ready me for Prince2 foundation and practitioner. Having never been in any form of business environment, I found the course to be excellent. The instructor's knowledge was incredible and his teaching method very good in helping me to understand what I found to be a very complex subject. The materials were all sent on time and the work books are excellent. The pre course work sent out before the course is easy to follow and certainly helps anyone who's never had exposure to the business world. I achieved a pass on both my exams and this has set me up nicely to enter a new career. The support staff are also always readily available and very helpful in any way you should require. I would not hesitate to recommend Spoce to anyone who's looking to undertake Project Management courses. I will be using again for any further training.”
