Staff can easily access and use the functions where ever they are and feel part of the processes.
The look and feel of the software adds weight to our operation and gives confidence we simply do things properly.

“As a company, we have been using HRX People for a couple of months now. The system was easy to set up and is very user-friendly. It's great that all the documents for individual staff members can be kept safely in one place and we now have a way to track holidays and sick leave for staff. The only amendment that we would find helpful would be to have a shared calendar for the staff holidays so that it is easier to see who is off and when at a glance. I know this is being looked into by the tech team though so hopefully this will become a feature in the near future.”
