I had wrongly assumed HR software was only relevant to large companies with a big headcount... We have now been using the software for several months and it has been of great value. Holidays, sickness, HR admin and a central source for all employee records. Staff can easily access and use the functions where ever they are and feel part of the processes. The look and feel of the software adds weight to our operation and gives confidence we simply do things properly. For me personally, it has saved me time having things done and automated!
