“Unfortunately no delivery on order. They stopped all communication, I suspect a scam operation.”

“Don't use this company!!!! I placed an order 3 months ago and was never delivered. I was told that the courier company couldn't deliver because no one was able to accept the parcel which is nonsense. Since then its been a back and forth. Its been 2 months trying to get a refund with zero feedback and horrible customer service.”

We apologize for the delays in getting your order fulfilled and for the inconvenience this may have caused. We value your feedback as it helps us to make our business and customer service even better. We have checked our resources and confirm waybills are marked as a failed delivery attempt. We cannot comment much on the service of courier services but we have taken reasonable steps in this process to not waste any time and rather refund. We can further confirm the refund has been processed. If this has still not been received on your end. Please make contact with the payment provider you used upon checkout or your bank. We have raised the request to the payment provider and are actively working on this. Please allow us a few days for their dispute process to take place. We'd like to make things right with you.
