I made sure I name dropped Homelands to my husband, because I know if he bought flowers from them I would love them and he got value for money. “Highly Recommended Company. You are never sure when using a Company for the first time. I had doubts, about would the flowers resemble anything like the stock photographs that are shown on their website. Well, the answer to those doubts I had, was YES. Homeland Florists deliver on their description. This Value Simple Mixed Bouquet was ordered on a Friday evening, delivered by DPD on Sunday, and well-packaged in a box. Tracking Provided, even timeslot confirmed before delivery. I had forgotten to include a gift note, emailed Homeland after order placement, confirmation was received and it confirmed that the wording would be included with the flowers. Homeland were true to their word, the gift card was included. Ordered for a Family member, as a get-well gift, who was overjoyed with the size and quality of the bouquet received.”

“Not what I ordered. Supposed to be orange red yellow bouquet £44. These were more green and white and not worth what I paid for! I would like a refund or to resend what I ordered . Also, should have been tied with a ribbon and not some cheap string. Update: I received a telephone call from Homeland Florists the following day and they apologised and sent a new bunch of beautiful flowers to match what I originally ordered.”

“Flowers/Price/Customer service = 10/10. My only issue is with the ‘DPD Courier Service’ delivery drivers; my advice to people is to pay the extra for ‘personal signed delivery’ as on 2 separate occasions, i’ve politely said in the DPD delivery notes ‘NOT to be left outside front door’ but on both occasions they’ve just dumped them outside on the busy public footpath. 1st time they got pinched! (Homelands kindly replaced them immediately) 2nd occasion DPD again sent a photo of them dumped outside front door, again saying ‘left in porch’ (there is no porch: see attached photo!) which caused me unnecessary stress all day but thankfully the flowers didn’t get pinched this time! The DPD drivers just ignore any delivery advice notes which really annoys me! Bottom line is; a great flower company but crappy couriers (but all couriers are the same; not Homelands fault)”
