“The whole process has been easy and efficient, from start to finish. Although it took us a few months to sort out our papers to be shredded, once I contacted HomeShred to arrange collection it only took 24 hours for the bags to be collected. I will definitely recommend HomeShred to any of my friends or colleagues looking for a similar service.”

“The arrangements worked very well and I was assured my stuff was shredded on the same day as it was collected. There were loads of paperclips and staples in the waste but I was assured this all went through the shredder with no trouble. I highly recommend the service to any others who may have been self employed and who may have dealt with confidential material in their own homes.”

“It all worked like clockwork. Bags received quickly through letterbox with no need to wait in for them. Collection of completed bags arranged simply with no delay. Last minute addition of hard drives accommodated easily by telephone. Collection was made bang on time, good notice having been previously given previously and just prior to arrival of van. Helpful driver who carried 9 full bags without me needing to move them. Thank you.”

“Easy to deal with by phone or on-line. Very quick delivery of the empty sacks. Properly scheduled collection or full sacks was easy to arrange with a reminder the day before and accurate arrival time notified on the day. Prices are sensible. This is the second time I have used their service, no doubt will do so again when I have more paperwork to get rid of. Overall; efficient AND a pleasure to deal with, no complaints whatsoever, would recommend to a friend without hesitation.”

“Good customer service. Made contact after ordering bags to advise on collection dates in my area. Driver phoned ahead of collection to advise he was on the way. Certificate of destruction received within a few days of collection. Would recommend to any one considering a clear out of confidential waste.”

“Very efficient - sacks delivered promptly, anwered the phone quickly when I called to arrange pick up, very flexible about pick up arrangements, text from pick up driver when completed (as I wasn't at home), follow up courtesy call to confirm all destroyed securely, plus certificate by email. If only ALL businesses were this good!”
