“This company could not have been more friendly, helpful and efficient from my first enquiry to collection of my 10 sacks. I remarked on this to the collection driver and he said that the two people who run the company are a pleasure to work for - not much higher praise than that surely! And as my husband had recently died, I particularly appreciated their kindness in the conversations we had. Thank you Home Shred!!”

“All was completed as I would have hoped, very efficient and I was kept informed throughout the pick up process so my time wasn't wasted unnecessarily. My only criticism is that my first call for pick up went to voice mail and despite leaving my name and number no one called me back.”

“Excellent service. The staff I spoke to were always extremely helpful when answering any of my queries, and the gentleman who collected my waste was very polite and friendly. A special big thanks also to the team for making a special collection from my area as it was not during the usual fortnightly slot - that was much appreciated. - Neil Durrant”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Reliable collection - office rang me to give me an estimated time slot and the driver contacted me to firm up a time. “The Home Shred Team are very efficient and polite. All the confidential waste is picked up when the Team are in the vicinity. The driver was courteous and loaded the van without a problem. We received a certificate of destruction within two days via email. We will be using them again.”

“I found the Home Shred website was very clear and the process easy to follow. I was easily able to work out how many bags to order from the information I was given. The drop off and collection service was courteous and efficient and I was kept informed of progress at all times. All in all I have rarely dealt with such a good company and I would be happy to recommend you to anyone with paper to shred.”
