Excellent service and can speak to a human for advice, that to me in this day and age is a huge bonus. The bed was assembled by a professional tradesman which took some time because I wanted to have the unit close to wall and leave as little gap as possible therefore the skirting had to be removed, but I am delighted with the outcome. The quality of the unit is very good and I’m delighted.
