They were responsive to my emails from New Zealand and did everything they could to make the process simple. The goods were delivered sooner than their estimate and in perfect condition. “Needed to arrange a last-minute collection & delivery to a trade show....literally 2 days before! The stock then needed to be collected & returned after the show finished. Called Hawk Couriers as we had used them previously and they were great! We went through everything on the phone and this was followed up with emails from the company - you can imagine last-minute arrangements....our requirements changed a couple of times but they responded quickly and were super helpful.
