“Excellent personal service by email. The tiles arrived super fast (in fact they landed one day earlier than expected). Five stars for service and the product (which is excellent), only let down by a glitch when ordering online (still haven't received a sales invoice) and the delivery. As it turns out, early delivery wasn't a problem, but it could have been an issue if we were out. Having said this, I will happily use Hardstuff again.”
