In my nine years of trading I have used a few companies and they are the only company that I have used that offer crates of matched pairs which saves a lot of time. I did have an issue with a delivery date not being met on one occasion; I emailed Hardstuff at the end of the working day and by 7.30pm Simon had contacted the delivery company and assured me of delivery for the following morning - for me the measure of a good business is how they deal with things when they go wrong and they went above and beyond to rectify the delivery delay - I felt really valued as a customer.”
