“Ordered a pair of trainers from Hardcloud and was very happy they arrived on time. Trainers looked great but unfortunately they weren't a comfortable fit for me so I decided to return them.
Hardcloud were very easy to deal with both on the phone and via email. The returns process was very straight forward and I had my refund back within a week.

Thank you for your feedback Neville. We are a small company and regrettably we are unable to cover the cost of returning items. Returns from outside the UK can potentially cost more than within the UK, depending on your domestic rates of postage cost.
