“I give 5 stars to the costumer service for their responsiveness and professionalism. My purchase was sent 2 weeks after i placed it but i was informed about the delay and costumer service handled the situation well i believe. I have bought the Growband, scalp elixir and the caffeine shampoo. In the first look the products seem to be of high quality, the liquids smell good, feel nice on my skin and makes my hair softer. For now, that is all i can say, i cannot assess the effectiveness the products on hair loss and regrow since i have been using them only for a few weeks.”

“Been buying from hair guard since 2017 and I'll say that there product so far is one of the best out there, just wished they had the option on buying either the old scalp elixir they had before instead of the new one they got now I liked the smell of it. “I use the growband and after 9 months of use, it has thickened my existing hair. I stopped using for a month or so due to broken pump and found my hair become thinner. I use for 20 mins or so everday. I have dealt with Sarah and Steph from a customer service point of view and found them to be excellent. Highly recommend”
