“So far I've only ordered a dermaroller which arrived a little later (somehow the package got damaged and was returned, but they sent it again - this time they even sent it with tracking), but the communication with them was very good. I also made another order which I canceled soon a day after (on weekend) - again, they were very kind and everything happened as expected. Moreover, they are very patience and kind in answering customers' questions (by email) - you can ask them anything.”

“I ordered Hairguard on Thursday at 4PM. The company FAQ's stated that same day shipping only occurs on orders before 1PM. Thankfully and surprisingly, they managed to ship it out that day, exceeding the stated hours, and managed to get it to me before the weekend! So I wouldn't have to wait and entire weekend. Genuinely considerate and thoughtful company with MAGNIFICENT customer service. I will update this review once I (start using) and see some results from the products, but they really are great.”

“5 stars as I cannot identify any negatives thus far. I started using a hyaluronic acid toner on my scalp at the same time I began using this product. My scalp is now blemish free (i have had breakouts on my scalp for 10-15 years since i started losing my hair). I cannot say for sure if this product is the reason for my hair loss reversal, or if it is a combination of things. I suggest a hyaluronic acid toner + this product and hopefully you will regrow hair into bald patches as I have after 8 months of use daily. I also massage my scalp daily.”

“I'm loving the Scalp Elixir, I even apply it in the morning because is so light, nice parfum, and absorbes really quick, my hair doesn't feel greasy at all! “Couldn’t praise the team at Hairguard (especially Sarah) enough! I would like to share my experience - I placed my second Scalp Elixir order 2 days ago and just after placing the order I realized that the auto fill settings on my phone had messed up all the shipping address info - my (German) address info had been rendered incomplete including my last name. There was no way that the product could be delivered to me with that incomplete address. I immediately sent an email to Hairguard about the issue so that they could fix the address before shipping the package. Their warehouse team was quick to ship the product (it’s a great thing, usually) however unfortunately in this case they did not see my email request to fix the address. By the time Sarah read and responded to my email, the package had been dispatched. Sarah and team tried their best to explore the possibility to get in touch with Royal Mail to change the address, however, it was unsuccessful. Then, Sarah offered to send the replacement bottle to the correct address at no extra charge. I was given constant updates throughout the process. I cannot thank them enough! The customer service experience has been really pleasant! This team has got your back! Now to the actual product - it’s been almost two months since I have started using the Scalp Elixir. The experience has been good. The scalp feels nourished, healthy and the hair quality is definitely better. Regrowth would become evident around month 4 onwards and I will update the review with photos. So far so good. Also, the online resource at Hairguard website is amazing. It’s full of informative articles on how to change your lifestyle to assist with hair regrowth. Looking forward for a good regrowth!”
