“This is a revision to my previous negative review, which was a response to receiving an incorrectly mixed eliquid order followed by unhelpful and repetitive AI-generated responses when I emailed their customer service about this. I have been subsequently contacted by a human customer service representative who resolved the issue with my order promptly and satisfactorily. Many thanks to Grey Haze for this - although it may still be worth revising the initial auto-responses of your AI to avoid other customers experiencing a similar frustration to me in the, hopefully rare, event that there is a genuine problem with their order.”
