“Never disappoints. If somethings wrong with an order they handle it extremely fast and well. Service is brilliant. On a recent purchase, they forgot to send an item. All it took was a simple automated message process on the website and I had the item the next day.”

“Always fast as funk delivery. Genuinely cheaper than any of my local vape shops. I normally used my points to pay for delivery fee. The Basics Nic salts they do are really good also. The only shop I’ve been in, is the Kings Heath one, and they’d closed up but the guy still served me. Class service all round. I’m not being paid to say it. Not sure how far Grey Haze go, but either online, or in store. Cheap, reliable, and really nice people working for em. (This isn’t an ad either, I haven’t been paid and don’t know anyone personally). Obviously just a bunch of cool motherfuckers (can I say that?) that know what they’re doing ❤️”
