By having one to one sessions allowed the time and opportunities to work more on my individual needs on the softwares than to have a group session where it is harder to do so. Myself and my colleague had a 3 day Articulate Storyline/Rise course with Greta and from the off she made us feel comfortable and had us laughing (we were genuinely gutted when it ended!)
I thought it was a great personal touch for her to ask myself and my colleague what we wanted from our training as we were both at different knowledge levels with the software.
We did a variety of different scenarios and techniques and there's not one thing I learned that I haven't put into practice when designing my learning.
I'd also like to thank Greta for taking the time to solve problems to our questions even if she didn't know the answer straight off the bat.

Our Captivate Course was onsite instructor led training with set course criteria. However it felt more like a tailored workshop with flexibility being this companies watch word.”

“Greta came to train me on Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop. She was super friendly which is always great. She let me lead the session, I thought of my weak areas and she focused on those so that all learning was tailored.
