Really helpful and friendly service. The showroom was easy to access, and there was no pressure or pushy sales approach. They arranged a site visit and quotation very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Great Grass did an excellent job transforming my back garden with artificial grass. The team was professional and efficient throughout. What really stood out was their customer service — when I wasn’t 100% happy initially, they came back without any hassle and made sure everything was sorted properly. Really appreciate their commitment to getting it right. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service both on the phone and when they came out to give us a quote. Gave us a date and time for installation arrived dead on time. Workers never stopped working, worked very hard and were clean and tidy. Love my grass.
