“I have not reveived my packedge. And I have not received an answer concerning when or if my order will arrive. I do not think I will ever order from this Company again. Hope I will get my money back? I would have loved to try the products. They look great on the website. But what a bad service.”

“CBD OIL 500mg Purchased this item to ease anxiety - Caused severe side effects after one dose - lightheadness; unsteady on feet; shakes; dry mouth; panic attacks made worse. No sign of side effects warning on box or leaflet !’ I would like a refund but doubt I will get one”

“I would not recommend Grass and Co. Their customer service is appalling, I have sent them numerous mails with no response. I have not received the product which I ordered well over a month ago. Awful overall service.”

“The products from Grass are second to non. My family especially like the candles which are divine Grass service is also excellent. I have not had to refer to Customer Services for anything.”

“I'm a bit disappointed. I choose the brand even when it's expensive than others. I thought the money will do the difference. I had tried the oils and nothing happened. Nothing. I also bought 2 pillows spray. Honestly, them hasn't got smell. I spent £84,00 pounds. Is a lot for nothing. I'm so sad 😞”

“I ordered my goods and they never arrived. They were incorrectly addressed. Royal Mail returned them to Grass and co but despite several emails from myself I have still not received a refund - could you please answer the emails i have sent you”

“Cancelled my order few hours after placing it. Order was still dispatched. Then I got an email after I got the despatch email to say they did not get around to see my email. I have been calling customer service for two days but no answer. Now I'm stuck with a product that I will have to pay for to return it back. Very poor customer service!”

These candles are natural soy wax and only scented with 100% natural pure essential oils and no perfumes. I wonder if this could possibly be why you are perhaps finding the fragrance less noticeable than other products you may be more used to?
