“The compost converter arrived before the due date and was exactly what I wanted. It is well built and has the perfect size for our household. The leaflet that came with the bin has been very useful. We have been using the compost converter and looking forward to have the compost ready for autumn.”

“Great service and composting bins we have 4 bins now so hoping to save lots of more money on buying compost for pots and starting seeds off they are definitely going to be well used nothing goes to waste have had 2 of the four bins for at least 6 years each bin will give a minimum of 200 litres and oldest ones 300 litres ber bin that's 20 - 50 litre bags of compost they will more than pay for themselves in this year alone would definitely recommend buying 2 bins.”

“I can't recommend the quality of this product in terms of assembly. One ring could not be joined until I removed excess plastic, in a number of places, so that it would sit correctly. Some of the pre-drilled holes were too close to the edge of the ring and one hole was completely unusable. I hope I will be able to remove the doors when I need to, they were a very tight fit. No screws were supplied to screw the doors shut.”

“I’m happy with my composting bin. However, delivery procedures could be much improved. Very little information provided just a date of delivery. Thought delivery hadn’t arrived as no contact with me even though I was home and they had my mobile number. First I knew of delivery was next morning, the two compost bins had been put over the wall into my front garden. The base I had ordered was missing. I rang the company about this, then proceeded to get two calls from the company was I sure it wasn’t there as driver was insistent he had delivered it! No, it was not delivered. Better communication could have avoided this and the base was eventually delivered to me.”
