“My husband needed some braces to go with his dinner suit and as we didn't know pretty much anything about braces I did a bit of research and found Gents Shop which had a very helpful video showing how to measure to get the right size. Unfortunately the ones we ordered turned out to be too long so I emailed Gents Shop who were extremely helpful and exchanged for a smaller size without any fuss whatsoever. We would definitely recommend using Gents Shop. Excellent Customer Service.”
