“Excellent service and products. Extremely pleased with my purchase and your first class customer service. I ordered a second pair of braces as the first pair proved to be too long (XL). Both orders were delivered quickly and the refund process for the first order was very easy and quick with excellent communication. “The idea of a video about measuring braces seems ridiculous. But it is in fact absolutely necessary. Generic clothes store braces default to braces to fit only a child or a jockey. I followed the instructions in the video and received (next day) my braces of choice which fitted perfectly. FYI. I’m average height and build and had to have XL. Excellent services and the product is top notch.”

“Having trouble sourcing braces for the man with a long back, because major retailers like M&S and John Lewis just sell a one-fits-all option, I found Gents Shop. Good website, it clearly explains all the different types of braces. I forwarded the video of how to measure your size to my elderly father who was easily able to work his out and then select the type and colours he preferred. I ordered two pairs for his birthday and, given recent experience of online orders, I ordered 2 weeks early. The braces arrived within 2 days. I was kept well informed of progress and of the delivery.”
