Further more I have noticed that you've entered the same postcode for your billing & delivery address but the rest of the address is different. I believe this is why you haven't received your plate.
Again we've emailed you to resolve the issue.
“I ordered the plates on January 6, on January 9 the seller said he had sent them but until January 21 I couldn't get any tracking number and no response to emails , 22nd we open paypal case - waste of time !”
Hi Simon, the only contact from you was on the 9th when I said the item was shipped. We've had no contact since or any requests for tracking from you. If you had emailed you would've been provided with this. Looking at the tracking now I can see that the tracking is showing as item damaged & has been returned to the sender. We would've issued a replacement without any problems at all if we were aware of this.
