“I received the wrong item and wasn’t able to exchange it or get the correct one sent right away. I had to return the incorrect item and wait for it to be inspected before getting a refund, then reorder and hope the correct item ships. Not happy about that process. However, I give customer service 5 stars — they were responsive, helpful, and quick to reply throughout the issue.”
