“Great prompt delivery but once again have been sent one pair of the wrong trousers”

“Overall I am very happy with my first two sample orders - most items sold quickly and my customer base were happy. I will definitely order for A/W but I’m In the middle of transitioning to a smaller shop in a better location with no outdoor space so I need more clothing than I previously stocked. However I have not been compensated for two incorrect items and a faulty one. I can’t deal with telephone conversations so asked to be WhatsApp’s or emailed as it’s easier for my retail situation at present. So a bit mixed”
