“I initially met Jeremy for a consultation and felt like all my questions had been answered before I even had the chance to ask them. He was very professional, informative and easy to get hold of should you have any questions leading up to the surgery. On the day, the team were so warm and friendly from the moment I walked in. All they wanted was for you to be as relaxed as possible, and feel confident you were getting the desired results. My surgeon was Miss Anne Kremer and I couldn't have asked for a nicer lady. Being a female myself I just preferred to have a woman's touch as I was getting my hairline reshaped. She understood exactly what I wanted and after a little while of drawing on my head I felt confident I was going to get the best results possible. The technicians let me squeeze their hands as the local anaesthetic was being administered. After that it was pain free and I was able to watch telly and text on my phone if I wanted. I ended up spending a lot of time just chatting cos they were all so friendly. I even got to sit and watch them preparing the grafts. Once the procedure was done, I then spoke with Arran who advised me of the after care. Everything was thorough and detailed and he assured me to text/call them if I had any questions at all. It is now the day after my procedure and I am sore in the donor area which is to be expected (as I had FUT). The recipient area, however, does not hurt at all. I'm hoping to leave another review in a year when I can actually see the results. But as far as the procedure and quality of care goes, I have nothing bad to say.”
