“From arriving at the clinic I received nothing less than 5 star treatment from all FUE personnel. I was put at ease prior to my procedure commencing by a lovely lady named Lee.
All my anxiety faded as the procedure began, step by step was explained to me by the excellent surgeon Dr Steve who is constantly putting you at ease through out.
A slight prick is felt administrating the anaesthetic then it was pain free from then on.
After all follicles are extracted I was served with a very nice 3 coarse lunch with soft drinks.
Then the fun begins choosing where you want your new hair line to begin, this process is not rushed at all. Once my hairline was decided I was made comfortable watching Netflix eating chocolate treats provided whilst the implanting began.
The only uncomfortable experience is a numb bottom from sitting still watching Netflix whilst you get your new hair.
On completion of my procedure I drove home once checked over by FUE personnel.
I'm now two days recovering and have experienced no pain, only taking paracetamol for a two days fora mild headache.
Overall my procedure from start to finish has been stress and pain free not as the horror stories I've heard from several friends that have traveled abroad to save a little money for the same procedure.
My advice is spend a little more on your procedure at FUE. I'm so glad I have!

“Truly awful, for five reasons:
1) Very poor result at the crown
2) Poor result at the hairline - it now looks 'wonky'
3) They are deceitful. They say that they always recommend more than one surgery for multiple areas, but this was NOT mentioned to me in over one year of liaising with them. Also, the two areas treated at the hairline were tiny, so that's a weak excuse for the poor result at the crown of my head.
4) The anaesthetic should be given at regular intervals throughout the surgery, rather than being given no anaesthetic for 4 hours and then a huge amount for the last 90 minutes. I was in agony for about 4 hours prior to the last 90 minutes. To add insult to injury, one of the technicians accused me of 'imagining' the pain!
5) In one of their emails they stated "You will receive an exceptional service with a credible, lifetime guarantee. Your hair will grow as we expect or will be redone again free of charge" but to get surgery again they are now saying I would have to pay the full price. They are also telling me that a refund is not possible - not even a partial refund. They are not willing to compromise in the slightest.
To summarise: total waste of time and money.”

“Initial consultation was done in mid-2020, Jeremy was very informative and there was no hard sell, felt very at ease. FUE treatment was booked in for the 19th of April after Jeremy had gone out of his way to accommodate me. There was a relaxed feel throughout the clinic which put me at ease, everything was carefully explained throughout the process. Jeremy and his team were very welcoming and made you feel as though the day was totally about you. The surgery itself was pain-free after the initial local anaesthetic and despite the procedure taking the best part of the day, the surgeon and technicians worked tirelessly. Lunch was provided which consisted of chicken, pasta and tiramisu. Chocolate and crips were on hand all day. The after-care has also been good with Jeremy on hand 7 days a week. “Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! The whole process pre, during and post-procedure was so perfect, with clear guidelines to follow beforehand to help ensure the day went well. Dr Steve and his team were reassuring, thorough and efficient in everything they did, and in a weird way, the day was far more enjoyable than I expected! Everyone was really lovely and genuinely gave the impression that they really cared about my comfort and the best possible result. Throughout the procedure I was given multiple sugary snacks and a really nice lunch to help keep my energy up, and in the afternoon I spent about 4 hours watching Netflix which really passed the time. The pain was very minimal and I wouldn’t say it was ever any more than 3/10 and that was only during the anaesthetic stage, but literally nothing to worry about at all. Once we were finished I was provided with clear written instructions to follow for the next few weeks, and the team talked me through them so that I understood everything perfectly. I was also given various medications to all support the healing process. I’ve had an FUE procedure years ago at a completely different clinic and I can safely say that this experience at FUE Clinics was so much better in every way! Hopefully I won’t need another follow up session, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to book with FUE Clinics again - I can’t thank them enough! :)”

“This was the second transplant I’ve had with Fue Clinics. The first one went really well, I just required a second to improve the thickness behind the transplanted area. I would definitely recommend Fue clinics to anyone who is considering a hair transplant. You truly get a feel that the surgeons have your best interest. When it comes down to choosing a clinics the last thing you want to be concerned about is have you chosen the right one. FUE is 100% a great clinic, they will put at ease during procedure. I see plenty of people online going to places abroad and from my experience at FUE, I’m so glad I didn’t do that. It’s clear that the team has real experience and there’s no risk of things like over harvesting. Which I’ve seen happens a lot at abroad. If you are considering a hair transplant just please do your research first and just keep in mind the recovery stage as it can take a while for the end result. Right through from my first consultation right through to my procedure the service has been second to none.
Jeremy was very informative and answered all my questions regarding everything I wanted to know. He instantly put me at ease on my consultation with him.
I then met with Lee prior to my procedure and again I knew I had made the right decision going with FUE Clinics.
Jeremy and Lee supplied me with all the information I needed on paper so prior to my procedure I was able to follow all the guildlines to ensure it went smoothly.

I generally review nothing whether it be good or bad, however feel I owe it to the fantastic team at FUE to leave feedback due to the outstanding service I received.
First and foremost as a 29 year old male the prospect of losing your hair was unthinkable. After several years of receding lines and self consciousness, I took the plunge and booked a consultation with Jeremy. This was all done remotely and all options were explained in great detail with no obligation for me to commit. I decided the FUE procedure was right for me and several months later I was in Solihull.
In terms of the big day I was incredibly nervous however from my arrival at the surgery I felt more relaxed due to the welcoming atmosphere of the whole team, coupled with the fact that I was the only patient in the entire building. In my opinion this made me feel like I was the sole focus of the team with no other distractions other than constructing my hairline.
Once settled the procedure was outlined once again and the team got to work, designing my hairline. The surgeon on the day for me was Dr Steve Stangoni who was extremely knowledgeable and nothing short of incredible. He listened to any concerns I had and took the time to reassure me and answer any questions. The procedure started with my back and sides of the head being shaved before several injections into my temple which were not pleasant I have to admit, but not unbearable - no pain no gain! For me due to the number of transplanted hairs required, Dr Stangoni made the decision to make incisions first so that way an over harvest could be avoided, followed by the harvesting phase. The discomfort was minimal to none for both.
After lunch which was actually really nice it was time for the nurses to implant my new hairs. Prior to this I was given the opportunity to view the hairs under the microscope which I thought was a nice touch. The implantation phase again was painless and lasted a couple of hours. The whole day ended around 5pm and I was advised of post operative instructions as well as given a bag containing every medication I would need. Before departing Jeremy advised he would be on call for anything I needed which was very reassuring.
All in all I am extremely pleased with the result so far and that I decided to choose FUE. I cannot thank the entire team enough for there treatment, knowledge and care that I received. It is clear that every member of staff is not only incredibly talented at what they do but thoughtful, attentive and considerate towards how I was feeling at all times. From Jeremy, Dr Stangoni to the team of nurses every person player there part on what was a major day for me. Should you be reading this review and consider a transplant I would hand on heart not hesistate to choose FUE.
This review was given a week after my procedure so I will amend when the results show in around 6-9-12 months but so far so good.”
