“The braided wig was gorgeous out of the box but within 3 days it began to get very nappy in the back and the fibers began to swell up. I purchased three of the same braided wig because I kept feeling like perhaps if I took care of it differently, the outcome would be different. It never was. I never slept in it. I never perspired from doing anything like exercise in it. I simply wore it and by the third week it was ready for the trash. When I bought the second week, I decided to buy some silicone and I figured perhaps that would help bring it back. As soon as it started napping up, I washed it in the silicone and let it sit for a day. When I rinsed it out, it almost looked like a brand new wick, but that only lasted for about an hour, and then the naps became visible again. By the third wig, I already knew what time it was. I simply wore it for a photo shoot and had a little expectation that it would last longer than that. And it didn’t. I will never buy hear from this company again and I hope that they go under because this is a lot of money to charge black women. Oh, I’m leaving out the best part: when I reached out to the company, they told me I should just wash it and put it outside to dry. I don’t know why, but I thought I should explain to them the black women never put our wigs outside to dry. So unless you just have money to waste or you really don’t care if it doesn’t last longer than (at best) 4-5 days, DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. I doubt any of their wigs will last any better than mine did.”
