“Delivery was specified for a certain date. I followed the tracker of the driver. At one point he was 5 mins walking distance and didn’t show up between the hours specified so day wasted waiting.”

“Delivery was fast and very nicely packaged but the products themselves were not nice at all. The orange juice tasted like a supermarket basic range. The cordial doesn’t have any taste of fruit just a synthetic taste as did all the other drinks that I purchased. I will not be purchasing again. Very disappointed as I thought and was expecting premium soft drinks. All drinks went down the drain!”

“We run a hotel boat and wanted to try this drink for our guests - so it's a VERY new order order for us. We never received or order - now I have to fight with DHL because they dont know where they have delivered the parcel. Delivery photo very poor quality - please can I have a refund or follow up with your delivery company as to where the hell they delivered the parcel. Not sure what to do next.... Order number 3992. “Drinks were fine but paying £5 for the worst delivery experience is not. DHL are incredible incompetent and wish I'd never ordered to begin with.”
