“I have used Friars several times, and the chocolates were as they always are : fantastic. As was the ordering and despatch process. Unfortunately, the next day priority delivery via Royal Mail (I had paid for this as delivery on that specific date was important) failed as they (RM) said they were had been unable to deliver. This despite previous orders of the same size having previously been delivered through the same letterbox. I have taken up the issue with RM since it is they who were clearly at fault, but without success - they failed to address the central issue that no delivery could have been attempted. Unfortunately this unacceptable behaviour from RM means I am so much less likely to use Friars again, a real shame as a great product has been let down by non delivery. Five stars for the product, and for Friars - but zero for the 'overall experience', and all because of RM.”
