“Ordered the Turkish Delight for my husband, who is a fan, for his birthday. He said they are very tasty, and even loved the box which they are contained in! Ordering, delivery, packaging all went smoothly.”

“Always wonderfully kind friendly service- and items ordered are sent immediately (or on date requested) and always arrive on time! Great liaison between Friars and Royal Mail !! The big bonus is that Friar’s chocolates are truly THE BEST! - my friends adore them. Thank you to all the friendly staff at Friars- you truly go ‘the extra mile!’”

“Bought some rose & violet creams for my wife; her favourites were always from Rococo but they've become ridiculously expensive. I found Friars online - the indie, family-firm idea appealed and the price & presentation were great so I bought a box; what a success! My wife rates them over all others and gold star to me for finding her new favourite brand -she's already ordered more.”

“Great selection of chocolate. As it was for the Xmas table I ordered penguins, puddings, trees and Santa bags. Everyone enjoyed their gift. Lovely taste and texture.”

“My daughter can only eat white chocolate and I wanted her to have her own chocolates over the Christmas holiday..she loves Friars and has asked the family to give her only Friars if purchasing chocolates as a gift in future”

“Firstly ordering on line was efficient, delivery was quicker than I expected as I had ordered at a busy time of year Christmas , as for the actual chocolates they are scrumptious. Couldn't fault the whole experience from ordering through to eating the chocolates.”

“I'm very happy to take all the brownie points from my wife after ditching the usual High Street offerings and buying her a dark chocolate box from Friars. And prompt posting too! Now, they're firmly on the Xmas and birthday shopping list from now on.”

“I love this shop, it holds a place in my heart and happy memories. The online shop is a great way to still enjoy the beautifully tempered chocolates and indulge in a Christmas treat. Customer service is always good and they always arrive well packaged and promptly. Online is a great way of bringing happy memories of my time in Keswick into my home until I can return to the beautiful store.”
