“These were a gift and as I have used Friars many times before and no complaints...just praise, I'm happy. My only disappointment is that there doesn't appear to be any way that I can send a personalised card with my order. Given these chocolates are not cheap, I would expect the extra cost in adding such an item would be relatively trivial. Could your management team consider adding this extra service FOC? It would add that extra touch. Charles Oliver”

“Well my mum is difficult to please and my step dad is a connoisseur when it comes to chocolate! Yes you got a big 10 from them, and I made their day with your delightful chocolates , I found something they both loved and thoroughly enjoyed!. Next order coming soon for them! Delivery, and service was also first class. From a very happy customer!”

“I recently bought several different varieties milk chocolates from you but found them all to be exceedingly and sickly sweet which overpowered the flavour of chocolate. Even the chocolate brazils just tasted overly sweet to me and my husband and he has a very sweet tooth but found them all too much. I love both dark and milk chocolates, your dark chocolate violet and rose creams were good when I perchaced them before but sadly I will not be purchasing the milk chocolates again as they were a sadly a disappointment to us both.”
