“As always the ordering was easy, and I am sure the chocolates will be as sumptuous as ever. However the Royal Mail were appalling, having misdirected my parcel, and giving me 3 separate delivery dates, two of which they failed to fulfil. Finally they advised me that it had been delivered to my chosen Post Office, too late for collection as the Post Office was closing.”

“Service excellent- a problem was resolved almost instantly. The presentation of the chocolates was beautiful in its simplicity and according to recipient the chocolates were deliciously scrumptious! Would definitely purchase again , the next time for myself🙃”

“A prompt turnaround from ordering to delivery, with good communication throughout. A lovely selection of products and I found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the orange mousse chocolates, which were for a birthday present, and were the perfect choice. In fact, I may have to order some for myself!”
