“I would give 5 stars for the fantastic chocolates in the Signature deluxe collection but I have only given 3 stars overall because the contents were all loose when my wife opened the box.The Kir Royal was squashed and several others were oot of place.They are not packed firmly enough and no doubt are chucked around during delivery. Friars need to have a serious look at this especially with the larger boxes.Perhaps a smaller tiered box would be more stable. It’s a shame because when you pay nearly £50 including postage you expect everything to be perfect.”

“The violet and rose creams were the best I have tasted. They were delicious. Perfect. However the packaging was damaged and the chocolates were loose in the box. I could hear them rolling about. Probably happened in transit. Disappointing as this was a gift and I had to replace each chocolate individually and reseal the box. Hence the 3-star review. Fortunately the chocolates themselves were intact.”
