“I ordered this before 9 am, on 18th December and paid extra for next day delivery. I was not dispatched until 6pm that day and it was dispatched so late that it missed any hope of being delivered next day. Very poor. I will ensure I do not use this company in the future because they are unreliable and you do not get what you pay for.”

“I received double of what I ordered, so went to some trouble to return the additional £100 worth of stock. Considering I went to some trouble to return the items, it would have been nice to have received a token gesture of thanks, maybe a ‘money off voucher’ for my next order. But nothing has come from Friars, just an email with a returns label for me to print.”
