“I have recently discovered Friars and bought several different types of chocolate. Some where for Xmas presents which I have had no feedback yet. But the advent calendar (,for my daughter) and the buttered brazils (for myself) were delicious”

“Good chocolates for Christmas, better than another very popular high end brand which I won't name. A bit toi much caramel for me though as not a fan of very sweet chocolates. The box design needs some tweaking though as most of the chocolates are too big to get out of the calendar windows easily. Suggest increasing size of calendar and windows.”

“I loved the fact that you are a family run chocolatier and so was pleased to send a friend a box of your chocolates and I received one from another friend - sadly there was nothing in the ordering process that allowed me to let my friend know who was sending the chocolates and I didn't know who had sent me my chocolates so I think that this aspect of your service could be improved - I am saving my chocs for Christmas and so then I will know how good they are - thank you!”

HI If you go into your basket, on the right of the screen near the bottom, there is a black banner that reads ADD A GIFT MESSAGE. If you click on there you can put a message to go in with the Chocolates. Sorry you didnt see this, if you give us a ring we can tell you who sent them.

“As my purchase was for Christmas I can only review what my delivery & packaging was like, it all looks perfect! My anticipation Is that the chocolates taste as good as they look, because they do look delicious, however I will be happy to give a taste review after Christmas. 😊”

“The advent calendar is great and I am very happy with it but I spent a lot of money on next day delivery and it was delivered four days later. When I got in touch with the company they said that it was actually next working day if ordered by a certain time, but this was never specified anywhere and it delayed the gift arriving to my family. I have gone back to the company about this several times and they have refused to acknowledge the lack of clear information around the delivery.”
