“Excellent fast and efficient service. I mistakenly omitted the delivery address. I emailed Friars and this was corrected immediately. Recipients loved the chocolates too. All round excellent service would definitely buy again. Thank you Friars.”

HI we can see you ordered the Egg using Standard Delivery 2-5 working Days on the Thursday, taking into accunt it was a Bank Holiday on the Good Friday, then Bank Holiday on the Monday the egg was delivered in the correct timescale chosen for delivery when the order was placed, it states on our website We ONLY dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
