About Forest Gallery :

Forest Gallery is an independent, family-run business established in the UK since 1980. With humble beginnings, the first-generation husband & wife team (Linda & Chris) started trading on market stalls come rain or shine. After opening a series of galleries over a 30-year period, Forest Gallery settled in the quintessential town of Petworth (West Sussex) in 2016 under the guidance of second-generation husband & wife team, Ashley & Cristina. They recently expanded to Guildford (Surrey), opening their second gallery space 'Forest Gallery Studio & Framing' with on-site framing and customer parking. The galleries offer a portfolio of over 100 international artists covering a wide variety of styles from traditional to contemporary.

The ethos at Forest is delivering unique, great-quality artwork at affordable prices. Both galleries are praised for having a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, where expertise is channelled into supporting clients and giving 5-star customer service.

“Cristina, Ashley and Matthew take customer care to a whole new level. I recently commissioned a piece of art and I was kept informed and up to date with the whole journey from start to finish. I was given the option to refuse the piece if I wasn’t happy. This was reassuring, particularly as a fair sum of money was involved. The finished painting arrived promptly via courier, extremely well packaged. Inside was a lovely note from the Forest Gallery team. They certainly made me feel valued. “We visited the gallery at the end of March and were shown around by Ashley. We were especially interested in one painting and Ashley was very happy to allow us as much time as we wanted to look at it and decide whether to buy it. He was there to give us as much information as we wanted but no pressure was put on us. This made it all a lovely relaxing experience and probably helped us to come to our decision to purchase. The painting arrived when expected, very well packaged. We would be very happy to visit and buy again.”
