About Forest Gallery :

Forest Gallery is an independent, family-run business established in the UK since 1980. With humble beginnings, the first-generation husband & wife team (Linda & Chris) started trading on market stalls come rain or shine. After opening a series of galleries over a 30-year period, Forest Gallery settled in the quintessential town of Petworth (West Sussex) in 2016 under the guidance of second-generation husband & wife team, Ashley & Cristina. They recently expanded to Guildford (Surrey), opening their second gallery space 'Forest Gallery Studio & Framing' with on-site framing and customer parking. The galleries offer a portfolio of over 100 international artists covering a wide variety of styles from traditional to contemporary.

The ethos at Forest is delivering unique, great-quality artwork at affordable prices. Both galleries are praised for having a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, where expertise is channelled into supporting clients and giving 5-star customer service.

We are avid collectors and being Brighton based would think spoilt for choice - not so. Most galleries here seem to be vehicles of credit for the daubings of Creaky rockstars or digital art graduates churning out poor man Dalis ! It was a real joy to have our eyes opened to the work of Gyla Boros whose work is truly stunning. We are regular visitors to Petworth staying at the Angel Inn and look forward to being tempted yet again on our next visit.
