About Forest Gallery :

Forest Gallery is an independent, family-run business established in the UK since 1980. With humble beginnings, the first-generation husband & wife team (Linda & Chris) started trading on market stalls come rain or shine. After opening a series of galleries over a 30-year period, Forest Gallery settled in the quintessential town of Petworth (West Sussex) in 2016 under the guidance of second-generation husband & wife team, Ashley & Cristina. They recently expanded to Guildford (Surrey), opening their second gallery space 'Forest Gallery Studio & Framing' with on-site framing and customer parking. The galleries offer a portfolio of over 100 international artists covering a wide variety of styles from traditional to contemporary.

The ethos at Forest is delivering unique, great-quality artwork at affordable prices. Both galleries are praised for having a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, where expertise is channelled into supporting clients and giving 5-star customer service.

“As an Aussie buyer I was a bit hesitant about purchasing from an overseas seller - however I needn't have worried. Matthew, Cristina and Ashley made the whole experience a smooth, hassle and stress free one. Payment was straight forward and easy to accomplish. It was well run and service was friendly and professional and it was great to meet the artist himself, and the artwork that we purchased on the night, arrived on schedule in perfect condition. “Items in a gallery exhibition are marked with a red dot when sold. Items without a red dote are available for sale. Not here; at the desk when you say "I want to purchase this artwork" you can instead be told you can only purchase if potential buyers that are yet to make a decision have declined to purchase. Don't be their substitute buyer!!”

We have tried our best to be as fair as possible during the event and respect as much as we could people’s time to decide their preferences. However, sometimes it is impossible to avoid disappointment when two people want the same piece.
