“I ordered the Nursing Pillow Feather covered product which came quickly and the best price online! When it came it had a small blood like stain on it which was slightly annoying but it arrived just before my due date so didn’t bother returning. I washed it and the stain didn’t really come out but as previously stated I needed the pillow so didn’t return or email about it. I then received an email asking about the product which I then mentioned but wasn’t too worried about it. However the customer service was fantastic and emailed me promptly and offered a return or a 20% discount on what I paid. Although the mark remains, the company went beyond my expectations and it was nice to have such good service from an online company for once. Will definitely recommend!”

“We ordered a Cotbed online which was unfortunately out of stock from the supplier so the delivery was delayed. Customer service we initially very helpful in keeping us up to date with information on a new delivery date, but later communicated were short and vague, which did worry me. I would have liked to have had phone number to call, just to get a status update. As soon as the manufacturer dispatched the item, about 10 days delay, all was fine and delivery notification was very accurate. Overall fine, but purhaps an improvement to customer communication is needed”
