“Order number: WEB#25316 I ordered a baby trike that was left outside my property on the street by delivery driver. I'm now being ignored by the company when I'm requesting and update on the investigation and resolution to this situation. Poor customer service highly unaceptable and unprofessional DONT ORDER FROM HERE! After I left the first review they responded since then I've not heard anything I've requested my money back in full and once again I'm being ignored. How do I take this further ? I'll be contacting the police but is there a ombudsman for companies?”

“I have had two previous orders from For Your Little One with which I was very pleased. With the latest one, I did have an issue with one of the items but it was dealt with very satisfactorily by the company and I shall have no hesitation in ordering again should the need arise.”

“The pillow is lovely just as I expected, however I feel that the cushion inside is a little on the soft side so when you are laying on it; it goes in a little. Needs a little more body but I do like it will come in very handy for me and bump. Thank you.”

“Excellent service, stroller arrived next day (earlier than expected) was advertised as having foot muff included but was not with package, contacted customer services to be told that was an error & should not have been advertised as such but they then promptly sent me one, no quibbles at all. All emails responded to promptly. Thank you very much the stroller is perfect as had been struggling to find one to fit in car boot! Excellent price too.”
