“Super happy with our purchase of a feeding pillow and I’d highly recommend it! Only reason I’ve marked down is because I paid for NDD and it didn’t come until the day after that, I’m guessing that’s because I ordered on a Sunday but it would have been nice if that was stated somewhere on the website. The packaging was also severely damaged, luckily the item was fine though!”

“We placed our order and paid for "Next day delivery". There was nothing in the T&Cs for next day delivery nor was there any details of a cut off time so of course we assumed by placing an order at 4pm on Thursday we would receive it on Friday. When we learnt that the order was dispatched on Friday instead of being delivered Friday I wrote to customer services to ask why it wasn't going to be delivered "next day". They basically just said "The cut off is 1pm" I then wrote back to ask how I would have known that considering that it is not written anywhere. They never wrote back. So, pretty poor customer service. The very least they could have done is refund me £1 for the delivery service I actually received. We won't be ordering from them again.”

“Very good service, only downfall was I'd had the wrong delivery company message me hermes and say they were waiting on my order arriving, yet dpd tried to deliver it and because I wasn't in had to wait for it being resent the next day as dpd wasn't the company that contacted me”

“Ordered a buggyboard with seat for our Silver Cross Pram. My daughter hasn’t tried it, as the new arrival isn’t here yet, but came within a couple of days of ordering. Reasonably easy to assemble and the seat is padded, so extra comfortable! Very happy with the product and service”
