“Sent me the wrong colour travel system and was more interested in who’s fault it was. You could clearly see I ordered chrome/black so was not my fault. The incorrect item was collected on the Wednesday, I was told the correct one would be delivery the next day… that never happened, then I was told the Friday…. That never happened and now I’ve been told today MONDAY. Really hope it actually turns up today and is the correct colour. Oh and don’t bother calling the contact number, I called over 10 times with no reply or call back when I left messages.”

“Brilliant service & product Is researched so much on best matress New I wanted foam base as my older daughter has foam it's fab! Also didn't want cheap polyester cover so found this it's stunning. So happy with product. Service great as one got delivered and was damaged in transit so they replaced in speedy time over a weekend too Thankyou fully recommend and so happy!!! Hoping for baby to give me sleep x”
