“FODmarket has been a lifesaver for me since starting the FODMAP diet. It is so difficult using local supermarkets so your website has allowed me to buy foods that I can have without worry that I may have made a mistake on the ingredients, as well as allowing me to buy sauces and stock that I can actually have.”

“Excellent results with both the vegetable & chicken low fodmap stock powder. No abdominal cramps like i get with normal stock powder off supermarket shelves! Use it for soup & stews. Speedy delivery too.”

“Was pleased to find that you had vegetable and chicken stock which doesn’t contain onion or garlic. This was easy to order and delivered quickly. Great to be able to make soup which I can eat !! My family who are not on the FODMAP diet are also enjoying the soup !”

“Fast efficient service, I purchased stock cubes as I’m sensitive to onion & garlic & it’s fantastic to be able to have gravy without swelling & bloating. Also bought some Chilli chutney but haven’t had this yet. Would definitely recommend, products arrived within a few days package up well so no damage.”

“Products and service are great. I have an intolerance to onions and garlic so I was thrilled when I found these curries and sauces that I love. Delivery is reliable and very quick and when I had a slight problem on one occasion as I received the wrong curry sauce it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. No hesitation recommending them”
