“Very happy with the whole job from start to finish. From Rebecca, the designer, when I kept changing my mind, to Phil the surveyor who got everything spot on to the fitters Alex and Pete. Would use again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others.”

“Couldnt have received better customer service. Fineline were fantastic in the design (thanks Rebecca) through to installation (thanks Pete) of our bedroom furniture. There was a very minor issue with one of the wardrobe doors which we would never have noticed and other suppliers would never have brought to our attention but Fineline did, then organised replacements which to us went above and beyond expectations. Thoroughly recommended.”

“I cannot praise them enough.Mica was extremely knowledgable and seemed to know what l was after and was there every step of the way even after installation. Mica organised everything eg electrician. Pete the joiner did an excellent job too cleaned up perfectly and extremely polite.l felt very comfortable with him being in my home. Both Mica and Pete followed Covid rules excellently.Thankyou to you both Fineline should be proud of that you both.Janet Green”

“We are really happy with our our new kitchen & utility room, the process from start to finish was no trouble. Our designer Mica really maximised our space and made great suggestions for where to put certain cupboards and drawers to make sure we utilised the space properly. I had seen Micas previous designs, and her before and afters so trusted and appreciated her suggestions. Mica helped me make decisions with her great knowledge of all the appliances available. These are of excellent quality. Our kitchen fitter John was great, he completed the job in the time frame he said. Although our kitchen was out of use whilst he was fitting it for 2 weeks John still cleaned down every night before leaving and left no mess, and started again the next day. We had John fit our wall tiles too and he did a fantastic job and finished off the kitchen nicely. Thanks Mica & John 😀”

“Our decision to go with Fineline was based on the quality of their showroom displays and interaction with designer Ian – who worked with us to create the perfect kitchen, utility room, fitted wardrobes and “gin bars”. We are very happy with the quality and layout of our new rooms. We moved into our new house just before Christmas and can honestly say we would not want to change anything! After service was good – with a final inspection to check that everything was OK. We would definitely recommend Fineline.”

“We just love everything FIneline has done to beautify our home and I’m particularly in love with our new Media Unit. It's always scary when you’re handing money over for something that you don’t know what it will actually look like but it’s turned out perfect, thanks to the design work from Rebecca who always translates our words into reality. Phil for making sure everything will fit correctly and Pete for his skilled craftsmanship of building it to perfection! Thank you also for all your professionalism in sorting everything out so it all looks and work brilliantly and for doing it so quickly and efficiently even when there was something that wasn’t quite as it was expected. Pete was very polite all the time and calming in all that he had to do and gave every attention to detail to make sure it was all perfect and at the end stayed til 7pm to ensure it was all finished in time. You are a great team, we have every confidence in you and that’s why we keep coming back!! Wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to anyone.”

“This is our second kitchen designed and fitted from Fineline. Rebecca was our designer and not only did she design a beautiful kitchen, she also did a fantastic job of keeping us informed and up to date with the job making sure time lines were kept to or as near as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always available to answer any queries or questions. Rebecca also kept in touch after to make sure we were happy with everything. Also, a mention to Gareth who fitted our kitchen did a brilliant job putting it all together!!”
